Job Description :
- Talent Acquisition – Ensure budgeted Manpower in branches.
- Ensure HR Team Performance at 100 % Efficiency level and their development.
- Responsible for functioning and timely closure of all SDC cases within TAT.
- Ensure BGV Process Employee Connect Conduct Career Progression at Regional Level Frontend PMS completion at regional level.
Education Qualification : MBA / PG in Human Resources Management.
Experience :- Experience of 4 to 8 years of experience in HR ,
preferably from MFI / NBFC / Banking sector.
