Hiring for State Collection Head / Area Collection Manager
Product – Home Loan / LAP
Education Qualification :- Minimum Graduation pass and above
Age :- Age should be below 40 years
Experience :- Experience of secured and unsecured collections and mortgage loan. Preferred.
Should possess knowledge of bucket flow management 0-90.
Should have experience in handling team size of minimum 10+ Nos
Should have adequate knowledge on NPA accounts resolution.
Should have adequate knowledge on legal mode recovery .
Willingness to travel a minimum 15 days across the region .
Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
Candidate to be based out of above mentioned locations
Minimum 7 -10 years experience on Banking and NBFC portfolios.
Salary :- Budgeted CTC around
8 to 12 lakhs.+ Variables and other company benefits.
