Roles and Responsibilities :–

Will lead the Process Training, learning and development and training initiatives in the assigned territory.
Will be responsible for capacity building of employees in the organisation through different training programs.
Will work as a Master trainer for all the Product Training initiatives and conducting Product trainings for staff.
Will work closely with the business teams at the Regional level and implement the organization strategy.
Will track the progress of assigned training programs on a regular basis.
Will plan and implement the training calendar of the assigned branch staff.
Will be responsible to conduct Induction training for all new joiners
Refresher training program for existing staff based on organization demand.
Will be responsible to schedule and conduct new product training program with in the given time line.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Travels to field locations to provide training, support various initiatives and facilitate meetings.
Evaluates and tracks training effectiveness and recommends and implements improvements as appropriate.
To lead training initiatives of 20 to 25 branches in the assigned territory.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, motivate others, and lead change within the organization.
