CTC : The maximum offer can go up to 5.00 LPA.

Education Graduation : Graduation is mandatory

Experience :- Minimum 5 to 7 years in core sales with a background in personal loans, salaried loans, or doctor loans is compulsory. Should have current experience in the PL / SPL loan segment.

Note :- Candidates from same background will be prefered.

Should be able to manage huge team of multiple locations for business development
Should have good knowledge of credit and collections.
Required a strong market repo.
Should have experience or knowledge about other loan products such as. personal loans, salaried loans, or doctor loans etc.

Maintaining the profitability of the business and achieving the business targets.
Maintains the relationship with our clients
