3. Regional Manager (Credit Analyst MP & RJ) 8years plus ( Pref CA )
4. Area Manager ( Credit Analyst ) – 5 plus years experience ( Pref CA )
Education :- Minimum Graduation and above ( Pref CA )
Product Experience requirements :- Small business loans / small ticket LAP / affordable housing is must ( Below 25 Lakh loan amount and assessed income profiles )
Should have relevant experience in sourcing or underwriting of these loans
Additional experience in collections will be preferred
Good domain knowledge and market connect
Ability to manage teams across different geography.
