1. Must have bulk hiring experience with strong sourcing techniques in rural areas.

5. I-card Process, Business card,
6. Mediclaim, PF, ESIC process
7. Grievance handling
Education Qualification :- MBA ( HR ) Preferred with MFI exp. background
Experience :- Candidate Must have Minimum 1 year in HR profile in any MFI with Recruitment experience.
