Job Description :- ( He will be the leader of particular Unit – Handling More than 3 Branches )

Responsible for planning to meet the microfinance business potential of the Unit.
In charge of formulating the business plan of the unit and the entire responsibility for delivering on the business plan.
He will be the owner of the field process in the unit and should ensure proper monitoring and control to manage business risk.

Required Qualifications :-

Education :- Minimum Any Graduate Pass / Post Graduate Pass and above

Experience :- Minimum 3 to 6 years In Microfinance / NBFC and Bank ( MFI – JLG )

Industry :- MFI ( Micro Finance Industry )

Salary :- Best In Industry
