उम्र :– 18 से 30 वर्ष,

एजुकेशन :– Minimum 12th पास, And above

Note :- ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस , वोटर कार्ड अनिवार्य है !

Experience :- 

For Field Staff :– Other mfi 1 year experience is compulsory

For Branch Manager :-  As a BM minimum one years experience other MFI NBFC and Bank Required

  Light Microfinance Salary :- 

1. FOR Field Staff :- 12000 To 16000 per month, Salary Hike of 20 to 30% + 3500/- पैट्रोल

2. For Branch Manager :- 20k to 30k CTC + 3500/- पैट्रोल
