We at Fusion Microfinance ltd is hiring for Area Manager – Audit for our MSME Vertical.

Role: Area Manager – Audit

Remarks – Candidates Must be from NBFC / Banking background

Salary CTC – Up to – 7.5 LPA

Education Qualification : Post Graduation / MBA Finance

Experience

Relevant 5 years in Audit / Credit / FCU / RCU / Risk vertical with the exposure of MSME Loans
Candidate knowing the local language will be an added advantage.
Desirable:-
Candidate must have a two-wheeler.
Role requires an extensive travelling at branch and customer level.
Skill:-
Build and maintain good inter personal and intra personal relation.
Should have good communication skills both Oral and written in English, Hindi & Regional Language.
Should be self-driven and take initiative.
Candidate should have knowledge of basic computer including Microsoft Office.

Responsibility:-

Conduct independent audits of the assigned branch as per defined Process.
Should prepare the audit reports and escalate the significant observations to the supervisor and
relevant stakeholders in a time bond manner & should be able to Review the issues for the closure.
Recommend corrective action and suggest improvement.
Will be responsible for verifying loan files for audit purpose at different stages of Loan disbursement to
minimize the Risk.
Should conduct a random client visit at pre and post disbursement stage to identify the Frauds & Risk.
Should initiate trigger-based investigation as well as investigation of assigned customer complaints for
smooth closure.
Mystery seeding / shopping of employees and customers.
