Job responsibilities :

Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand customer base.
Ensure Compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Monitor Branch performance and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.

Candidate should have

Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
Knowledge of microfinance or banking industry practices and regulations is a plus.
