Job Description

The ideal candidate should be someone has who worked with Home Loans / Loans Against Property or both. They should have experience in sourcing business through channel partners and DSA networks, along with:

Planning and delivering AOP targets for the assigned geography through the DSA channel
Engaging with channel partners to grow business and develop relations
Supporting the team in getting the cases done, by getting approvals from the internal stakeholders.
Achieving business numbers within determined geographies & Channel partners
Monitoring visits conducted by the team to the channels for relation development, business generation and rapport building
Reviewing the TAT for business sourced through the channels
Conducting trainings on processes, and product offerings and developing better relations with DSA.

The candidate should be an effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to connect with people across all levels of business and management.
