Job Responsibilities :-

Source new business & customers in need of LAP / MSME / Business Loan
Achieve monthly targets
Accountable for the Business development in assigned area / Hub / spoke as well as servicing existing client.
Ensuring timely disbursement of loan.
Managing internal & external customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve defined business targets in specified time period.
Ensure collection of all post disbursement documents.
Co-ordination between customer & branch officials for sanction & documentation.
Monitoring the portfolio regularly in order to contain any delinquency symptoms in the initial stage by meeting such clients with proactive measures.
