We are looking to hire experienced individuals for the below mentioned roles.

Required Position :– Branch Operations Manager / CRE cum Teller

CTC – Negotiable (depending on current CTC & experience )

1. Branch Operation Manager Responsibilities :-
1) Incumbent would be managing the overall branch operations of the branch.
2) Ensuring full adherence to compliance & processes.
3) Successfully carrying out activities to boost sales no’s by way of generating revenue.
Requirement:
a) Prior experience. in Banking / MFI operations is a must.
b) must have handled a team.
c) successfully contributed towards revenue generation by achieving business no’s by way of selling TPP.
d) Good understanding of banking norms, business & process hygiene.

2. CRE Cum Teller Responsibilities :-
1) would be managing the cash counter/teller desk.
2) Ensuring an error free, process driven work without any deviation.
3) Cash balancing & cash bundling
4) Handling of cash receipts/payments & ensuring transactions are carried out without error in prescribed TAT.
5) Custodian for teller box & Cheque drop box.
6) Ensuring highest level of customer service.
7) Cross selling bank products,

Requirement :-
a) Candidate must have Minimum graduate

b) Candidate must have minimum 2+ years of work experience in BFSI ( banking experience is a must ).
c) Awareness of banking regulations.
d) Planning & Organizing skills.

Salary / CTC :- Up to 3.50 Lacs annually ( depending on current salary & Skills )

Candidates having good understanding of banking sales & operations, regulations, customer service would be having an advantage.
