Hiring Position Area Managers

Key Responsibilities :-

Manage the BC relationship in the assigned geography
Engage the BC to promote the Banks product through active sales and product diversification
Assist the BC with monthly business targets as assigned by the Bank
Lead Customer acquisition and retention strategies with the BC
Ensure that the BC adheres to Bank policies

Qualification and experience :-

Any Graduation, Preferably an MBA Professional
Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience must be required in managing sales and Financial Industry
Experience in handling assets / Liabilities / Microfinance product
Experience in managing business correspondents are prepared
